Funfair E-Ticket Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing tickets to our Family Funfair. By buying or using an e-ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity

• Each e-ticket admits one person only. Tickets are valid only on the event date: 13 December, from 10am to 4pm. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organiser.

2. Admission

• E-tickets must be presented at the entrance. Digital or printed copies are accepted. The organiser may request proof of identity to verify ticket ownership. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Each ticket includes one gift bag containing gifts and vouchers. Each e-ticket provides access to all Mum N Kids Club activities on the event day, excluding activities offered by external merchants, all food and bakes, and any merchandise purchases.

• MNKC and IBU family members eligible for the 70 MYR ticket price will be required to present their membership card for verification on the day of the event

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be provided once payment is made.

• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or alternative date will be provided. If postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

4. Event Changes

• The organiser reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel any activity, performance, or attraction without prior notice. Certain activities may be temporarily closed due to safety, weather, or technical reasons. No refunds will be issued for such changes.

5. Safety & Conduct

• All attendees must follow safety guidelines and staff instructions. The organiser is not liable for injuries caused by negligence, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow rules. Dangerous items, alcohol, and prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

6. Personal Belongings

• Please keep your belongings secure. The organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

7. Photography & Media

• Photography and videography will be conducted during the event. By entering, you consent to being included in photos/videos that may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.

8. Weather Policy

• The event will proceed rain or shine, unless extreme weather conditions make it unsafe. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related delays or disruptions.

9. Acceptance

• By purchasing or presenting the e-ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
